Shipment and Delivery

When ordered before 3pm, Packages are generally dispatched the sameday and are shipped via the Royal Mail.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Typical delivery times will be 1-3 days (UK) or 5 to 14 Days (International)

Delivery times are entirely dependant on the Royal Mail. Most orders will arrive promptly but please allow adequate time for delivery before contacting us.

Recorded delivery is NOT a gaurenteed service and can sometime take longer than usual.  If your items are urgent please consider special delivery instead.

Where possible you will be provided with any tracking information (Signed for Recorded and Special Delivery only)

Tracking info is NOT available for standard first class delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes and Jiffy bags are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Unless otherwise stated all items are in stock ready for sameday dispatch from the UK

Returns

Lost in transit items will be replaced or refunded if out of stock. This maybe subject to an investigation and may take up to 28 days in the event of a Post Office claim. Obviously we do wish to have matters of this nature dealt with as promptly as possible.

DOA (Dead on arrival) or DIT (Damaged in transit) items should be notified to us by email using the website form within 3 days of receipt.

The standard manufacturers warranty period applies to all products.  Please note we do not supply parts on a 'trial' basis. Please be certain of the parts you need before ordering. Please contact us if you are unsure what you want.

A restocking charge of 20% may apply on returned items that are found to be working or returned for incompatibility reasons.
